1. Is your honey 100% pure?

Yes. Our honey is 100% natural, raw, and unprocessed.
We do not add sugar, syrups, chemicals, flavors, or preservatives.


2. Do you heat or process the honey?

No. We do not heat honey, as heating destroys nutrients.
Our honey is only coarse-filtered to remove large particles while keeping all natural enzymes intact.


3. What types of honey do you offer?

We supply the following varieties:

Ajwain Honey

Mustard Honey

Litchi Honey

Fennel (Saunf) Honey

Babool Honey

Multi-Flora Honey


Each variety is sourced from specific floral regions.


4. Why does the color or taste of honey vary?

Honey is a natural product, and its color, aroma, and taste change seasonally depending on the flowers, climate, and region.
This natural variation is a sign of purity.


5. Does your honey crystallize?

Yes, natural honey may crystallize over time, especially in cold weather.
This is normal and does not affect quality.
You can place the jar in warm water to liquefy it.


6. Do you provide lab test reports?

Yes. Every batch is lab-tested, and we can provide the COA (Certificate of Analysis) and test reports for bulk and export orders.


7. Do you export honey internationally?

Yes. Emark Export supplies honey to international buyers and provides full export documentation such as COA, CO, commercial invoice, packing list, etc.


8. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on whether it’s:

Domestic bulk order

Private label order

Export shipment (usually from 500 kg to 1 ton)


We can discuss and customize as per your requirement.


9. What packaging options do you offer?

We offer:

Bulk packaging (20–50 kg containers)

Food-grade buckets/drums

Retail jars (if required for private label)


All packaging is export-standard.


10. What if the product arrives damaged?

If your order is damaged or leaking, contact us within 24–48 hours with photos/videos.
We provide replacement or refund as per our policy.


11. Do you offer custom branding or private labeling?

Yes, we offer private label and custom packaging for buyers who want to sell under their own brand.

Domestic orders: 3–7 days

Export orders: Based on shipping method, customs clearance, and destination country
